There are two ways to register in our store. One is to visit the 'My Account' page from the top menu. This page will show 2 options - Login or Register. If you have not registered earlier, you should enter your Email address and Password and click on the 'Register' button. If you are already registered, you may enter your Login credentials. Second option to register is from the 'Checkout' page when you make your first purchase. You are required to enter all the details in the form provided in the 'Checkout' page.
When you register for the first time, an OTP (One Time Passcode) or an email will be sent to your registered mobile number or email id respectively. This is for verification of your contact number/email. Enter the OTP or click on the email verification button from your email to complete the registration process.
You can search all the products from the Home page itself or click the 'Shop' link from the top menu. It displays the major product categories with its respective images and the title shown below it. Click on an image of the relevant category and it will take you to a page displaying its sub-categories or products. Choose your desired sub-category to explore further and it will show all the available products under it. Click on 'Select Option' button to open the product page. You may click on 'Add to Wishlist' button to view it later from your Wishlist page. The Wishlist link is displayed at the top right corner in the header area. Adding any product to your Wishlist does not get added to the Cart unless it is done so.
The product page displays the product you have selected. It shows all its features, variants, price, ratings, reviews and other info. You can get a magnified display of the product by placing your mouse over the featured product image. You may also select other available variants shown in small boxes next to it. Select your desired color, size and other product variations. Some products may have options of the country from where it will be shipped. Ideally, you may select China or any other country closers to your country for a shorter delivery time. It will show the price in your currency and the available stock. Add your desired Quantity in the text box. Some products may have limitations on quantity per user basis. Click on 'Add to Cart' and it will take you to the Cart page where the added product is listed. If you have a valid Discount Coupon, you may add in the 'Coupon' text box. The discount will be automatically applied to your order total.
At this stage, you may either continue your shopping to purchase more products by clicking on the 'Continue shopping' button or click on 'Proceed to checkout' to make the payment. Your total payable will always be displayed on the top menu until you complete the payments. It is also the link to your Cart.
We can you deliver your products for Free anywhere in the world. However, the order value should be a minimum US$30.
From the Cart, you clicked the 'Proceed to Checkout' button and it brings you to the Checkout page where you make the payments. If you are a registered customer, all the info in the 'Billing details' form will be automatically filled. If you are purchasing for the first time, you will be required to fill all the details and complete the registration process (explained in 'Creating your Account' section). If you would like us to ship the product to a different address other than yours, you will be required to fill the details in the text boxes under 'Ship to a different address'. If it is in your same address, you should uncheck this option.
Now you can proceed to make your payments. There are 2 payment method - PayPal and Instamojo. If you are a customer outside India and have a PayPal account, then you can select this payment method. Instamojo is exclusively for customers in India. Select the appropriate payment method and click on 'Terms & conditions' checkbox to agree to our policies. Then click on 'Proceed to PayPal' button (even if you have selected Instamojo). The selected payment gateway will process your payment after you provide your payment details. Once the payment is successfully completed you will immediately receive our acknowledgment receipt confirming your payments with an invoice in your registered email id.
We process your order within 4 days of your order confirmation. Your product is thoroughly checked before despatch. As soon as your consignment is shipped, we shall provide you with a Tracking number to locate the exact position of the shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
We take utmost care to deliver your product within the promised time-frame. You are completely covered under our Buyer Protection Policy to get the product on time as per your order or get the full refund.
