We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our inventory so customers can buy with confidence; your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding GST) and 25% restocking fee. Please note that all potential returns must be in original packaging, unworn and unused, with original tags attached and instructions included, if applicable.
If 14 days have gone by from the date of purchase, the returns offer stands null and void.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items not eligible for Returns:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
1. You can cancel an order only before the products are shipped.
2. If you have already paid for your order, the cancellation request needs to be approved first. If an agreement is reached, we will make arrangements not to ship the order and the transaction will be canceled automatically. If no agreement is reached, the shipment will continue to deliver the order.
Refund for Damaged Items
We package orders carefully in an effort to ensure that your items are protected in transit. In the event that an item arrives broken or otherwise damaged, you may return it for a full refund (excluding taxes, import duties, shipping cost) to be issued in the original form of payment. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return and may take up to two billing cycles to post, depending on payment method. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed for store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
You are welcome to exchange any item for either a different color or size or another item of equal or lesser value from another product line. If you prefer, you can also request a store credit for the full purchase amount (excluding taxes, import duties, shipping cost). All exchanges will be processed upon receipt of return. Please note that all potential exchanges must be in original packaging, unworn and unused, with original tags attached and instructions included, if applicable.
If you need to exchange it for the same item if they are defective or damaged, send us an email with the purchase details.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should email us and receive a return shipping location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except for damaged goods). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost, diverted, or damaged in transit. For your protection, we recommend choosing a carrier that offers insurance and traceable shipping (i.e., tracking and/or delivery confirmation).
